4. Legal & Professional Compliance
The Service Provider confirms having the required skills and licenses.

5. Provider Obligations

Avoid off-platform payments if prohibited.
6. Pricing & Fees

Dar Care may deduct service fees or commissions.
Dar Care is not responsible for off-platform agreements.
7. Ratings & Complaints
Providers accept the platform's rating system.
Manipulating reviews is strictly prohibited.
Dar Care may take action for repeated complaints.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Dar Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dar Care acts only as a technical intermediary and is not responsible for service execution or disputes.

Provider data is used solely for platform operations in accordance with privacy laws.
