1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer Cancellation

Customers can cancel orders up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. For cancellation after that, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value may apply.

1.2 Service Provider Cancellation

Service providers can cancel orders up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellation after that, cancellation fees may apply.

1.3 Late Cancellation

For late cancellation (less than 2 hours for customers or less than 12 hours for service providers), please contact the website administration. A cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds can be requested in the following cases:

  • If the order is cancelled before the scheduled time
  • If the service was not provided as agreed
  • In case of service quality issues
  • If the service provider did not show up at the scheduled time

2.2 Refund Process

Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in the original order.

2.3 Refund Fees

In case of late cancellation, the cancellation fee (25%) will be deducted from the refund amount. There are no additional fees for refunds in case of cancellation before the scheduled time.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be made in the following cases:

  • If the service was completed successfully
  • If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control
  • If refund is rejected by the service provider for legitimate reasons
